Diary Management

Post all diary items into the calendar and separate court calendar from other calendars. Receive reminders via email when a due date approaches.

Client Invoicing and Payments

Easily create invoices based on the quotes you have sent to your clients. Turn Quotes into Fee notes with minimal effort. Send professional looking invoices directly to your clients in just a click via email as a PDF attachment or print and send them by mail. Receive clients’ payments into the system and print out receipts.

Office Administration & Accounting

Control supplier invoices and get a clear forecast of your future bills to pay. Easily create your earnings report, balance sheet and other financial statements. Track Petty Cash expenses and perform bank reconciliations every end-of month.

Human Resource & Payroll

Oversee all important information for each staff member at a glance. Restrict visibility of sensitive information to just HR managers, or make other information public for all employees to see such as employee directory. Receive alerts for any new leave requests, advance requests, overtime applications, and more.

Completely Web-based

WakiliCMS is completely web-based. Google Chrome is the browser of choice. Other browsers than can be used include Mozilla Firefox and Opera.

Daily Automatic Data Backup

With your data backed up daily, both on-site and off-site, your data is secure in case of accidental deletion or when computer crash.

Graphical Analysis

Analyze information in the system using graphs and pie charts.

Customizable Modules

We customize for every client their respective fee notes, receipts, court attendance sheets, file opening form etc. Generate professional fee notes with your respective logos and contact details.

Electronic Signatures & Seals

We now have the option to sign and seal documents (fee notes, receipts etc) straight from the software. Save on paper and printing costs and improve highly on efficiency because one does not have to print, sign manually, scan and send reports to stakeholders.

Role-based Privileges

Users are restricted from viewing un-authorized parts of the system using our role based privileges module. Allow Partners and Admin to see all parts of the system while at the same time restrict other users from viewing these areas. Track all changes done on data by a user once they log into the software.

Bank-Grade Security

We use industry leading and bank-grade SSL encryption and conduct daily security audits to ensure your data and your clients’ data is secure and immune to third party corruption so you can work confidently. Users login with unique usernames and encrypted passwords. User’s activities in the system are also tracked daily and a report of all activities made available.

Exportation of reports to PDF and Excel

Reports can be printed form the system as well as exported to PDF and Excel. These allow users to manage their data away from the system thus producing other custom reports.

Access via Public IP

With an In-house installation, one can access the software while outside the office using a public IP address provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). With all necessary precautions taken while setting up the public IP (firewall rules), users can have access to their data anywhere anytime.

Access from Multiple Branches

Employees working in out-of-town branches are able to access the system and perform operations as if they were in the main office. All data is monitored the same and reports include all data from the main office and remote offices.

Multi-Currency Operations

Post transactions in other currencies (e.g. USD, EURO, POUND etc). We update the current exchange rate daily. All reports show the data in the local currency.

Is WakiliCMS Customizable?

WakiliCMS comes with inbuilt fee note, receipt and court attendance sheet templates. Customizations of said templates and/or any other modules different from what has been provided in the software and as per the firm’s requirements can be done as a premium service.
Specific reports can be customized to meet a client’s needs when a request is made. In the future we intend to have give clients the option to create custom reports by themselves and then shared them with all users.

What training options are available for customers?

When implementing WakiliCMS for a client, we train end users in groups (e.g. clerks, advocates etc). Our Help File is updated whenever new modules are added or when existing modules or processes change. We’re also happy to schedule additional one-on-one training for users as needed.

How can we backup Our Data?

WakiliCMS has an automatic backup program working in the background that backs up your data daily with no user intervention. This backup is stored in either our offsite data server or a data server provided by the client.

Is WakiliCMS Secure?

We ensure that your communications are secure using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. All of WakiliCMS's infrastructure is hosted using physically secure, managed data centers that meet the rigid SSAE 16 specifications. Geo-redundant backups are performed multiple times per day, and site security and privacy are routinely audited by respected third parties.

What Support do we offer our Customers?

We offer unlimited phone calls and email support from Monday - Friday (8.00AM - 5.00PM). We also carry out site visits to ensure that our clients are using the software in full and achieving full benefit of the system. Depending on the issue raised, the issue can be sorted within a few minutes upto 3 days depending on the complexity of the issue.

How often are new features added to WakiliCMS?

We are continually working to ensure that WakiliCMS remains the leading and most innovative web-based law firm management software available. Thanks to valued feedback from customers like you, product improvements and updates are integrated seamlessly several times per month. Major software updates are scheduled and released during the year.
